Hexaware Technologies Limited [NSE: HEXT], a global IT solutions provider, has responded to a patent infringement lawsuit filed in the United States by Natsoft Corporation and its affiliate, Updraft LLC, against Hexaware Technologies Limited and its U.S. subsidiary.

The Company has denied all allegations, terming the claims baseless, and stated that the litigation is not expected to have any material financial or operational impact. Hexaware said it will vigorously defend its position, including challenging the validity of the asserted patents and seeking dismissal of the complaint.

“Patent disputes are part of the technology industry’s innovation journey. Our clients depend on us for secure, outcome-driven modernization, and this action will not affect that,” said Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan, CEO, Hexaware. “Our platforms are products of original engineering, and we’re confident the facts will support us.”

Hexaware clarified that the platforms cited in the lawsuit—Amaze®, Tensai®, and RapidX™—are independently developed, patented technologies built through years of in-house R&D investment. These platforms feature proprietary capabilities that the Company asserts are distinct from, and superior to, those described in Natsoft’s patents.

The Company emphasized that its innovation-driven platforms continue to advance enterprise transformation without infringing on any third-party intellectual property. Hexaware reiterated that the lawsuit will not affect its business operations, customer commitments, or financial position.
