KPMG in India has announced a strategic alliance with Zeron, an AI-powered cyber risk quantification platform, to help organisations strengthen their cybersecurity frameworks through data-driven insights, prioritised risk management, and board-level visibility.

The partnership integrates KPMG in India’s advisory expertise with Zeron’s advanced technology that translates cyber risks into financial metrics, enabling leadership to make informed and value-centric decisions.

Key Focus Areas of the Alliance:

  • Quantifying Cyber Risk: Using Zeron’s AI-driven tools to assess financial implications of cyber threats and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Prioritising Risk Response: Aligning threat intelligence with KPMG’s strategic guidance to help enterprises focus resources on high-impact areas.
  • Delivering Actionable Insights: Providing targeted remediation strategies through combined analytics and advisory expertise.
  • Enhancing Board-Level Reporting: Offering real-time dashboards and board-ready reports that foster accountability and governance.

Atul Gupta, Partner and Head of Digital Trust and Cyber Security Services, KPMG in India, said, “Cyber risk has become a strategic business enabler. Our alliance with Zeron helps transform complex cyber threats into business priorities, empowering leaders to safeguard value and drive resilience.”

Nitin Shah, Partner and Head of Cyber Strategy and Governance, KPMG in India, added, “AI enables a shift from reactive defense to proactive risk management. This collaboration combines Zeron’s analytics with our transformation capabilities to help clients detect, defend, and remediate cyber risks in real time.”

Sanket Sarkar, Founder & CEO, Zeron, said, “Cybersecurity today directly influences valuation and trust. Our alliance with KPMG in India bridges the gap between cyber threats and business impact, turning risks into decision-grade intelligence for the boardroom.”

The alliance aims to elevate cybersecurity from a technical discipline to a strategic business capability, reinforcing enterprise resilience through AI-powered insights.
