Smartworks has signed a landmark licence for over 815,000 sq. ft. at Eastbridge, Vikhroli (W) — a premium commercial development by the Niranjan Hiranandani Group. This makes Eastbridge the largest managed office campus globally, reinforcing Smartworks’ leadership in the managed workspace category. The campus is set to be operational in Q4 CY 2026.
Located on LBS Marg with strong rail, road, metro and upcoming infrastructure connectivity, Eastbridge will be WELL and IGBC certified, featuring modern amenities and sustainability-focused design. Plans include collaborative zones, wellness areas, a Miyawaki forest, open greens, jogging tracks, meditation spaces and EV charging.

The new addition follows Smartworks’ recent expansion of 557,000 sq. ft. at Tata Realty’s Intellion Park in Navi Mumbai, further strengthening its national managed campus footprint.
