Company valued at ₹1,200 crore
Spacewood Furnishers Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading modular furniture brands, has raised ₹300 crore from private equity firm A91 Partners, valuing the company at around ₹1,200 crore. The funding will support Spacewood’s expansion, brand-building, and operational upgrades.
Commenting on the development, Kirit Joshi, Co-founder and Director, Spacewood, said the partnership will help accelerate growth and leverage A91’s expertise in scaling consumer brands. Abhay Pandey, Partner at A91 Partners, added that the firm is keen to help build a dominant player in India’s growing home and office improvement market.
Founded in 1996 by Kirit Joshi and Vivek Deshpande, Spacewood has become a trusted name in the organized furniture sector, with a diversified portfolio across modular kitchens, wardrobes, home and office furniture, and pre-hung doors. The company operates a 1-million sq. ft. integrated manufacturing facility and serves both retail and enterprise clients, including Accenture, HDFC, Adani Group, and Godrej Properties.
Currently present in over 20 cities with 35+ exclusive stores and 500+ dealer partners, Spacewood plans to expand to 100 stores nationwide while enhancing its omnichannel presence on platforms like Amazon and Pepperfry.
For FY26, the company expects revenues of around ₹700 crore and aims to maintain 25–30% annual growth over the next five years, backed by technology upgrades, process automation, and talent expansion.
