The new model introduces iconic Superman-themed graphics to STUDDS’ premium flip-up helmet segment, offering riders a combination of distinctive design, certified safety and everyday usability.
The launch is part of STUDDS’ ongoing collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products and follows the earlier introduction of the Superman ‘Man of Steel’ edition in the full-face category under the Studds Helios range. With the Trooper Superman Edition, the company extends the superhero identity to riders who prefer the practicality of a modular helmet.
Designed for urban commuters and touring enthusiasts alike, the Trooper Superman Edition blends visual impact with functional engineering. The helmet features bold Superman-inspired artwork adapted specifically for a flip-up construction, giving it a strong visual presence while retaining its practical full-face structure when locked during rides.

The helmet is constructed using a high-impact engineered thermoplastic outer shell, developed to provide enhanced protection in case of impact. It complies with both ISI standards from the Bureau of Indian Standards and DOT certification from the United States Department of Transportation, underscoring the company’s focus on meeting recognised safety benchmarks.
A key feature of the Trooper Superman Edition is its full-face flip-up configuration. Riders can lift the chin bar when required without removing the helmet, making it convenient during traffic stops, refuelling or brief conversations. When secured in riding position, the helmet offers the coverage and protection of a conventional full-face helmet.
For comfort, the helmet is equipped with a hypoallergenic inner liner that helps reduce skin irritation during extended use. The liner is removable and replaceable, allowing riders to maintain hygiene and prolong product life. In addition, the lower trim of the helmet is also removable and replaceable, supporting easier upkeep and long-term usability.
The Trooper Superman Edition includes a quick-release visor system, enabling easy removal and refitting of the visor for cleaning or replacement. The visor is scratch-resistant and silicon-coated, offering clearer visibility in varied riding conditions. The helmet also features a UV-resistant paint finish that helps preserve the vibrancy of the Superman graphics against prolonged sun exposure.
For secure fastening, the helmet is fitted with a quick-release chin strap along with a stainless-steel, rust-proof buckle designed to withstand regular use across different weather conditions. These elements ensure reliable closure while allowing riders to put on or remove the helmet with ease.
