Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT) has expanded its collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deliver AI-enabled software development lifecycle (SDLC) capabilities to enterprises globally. The initiative strengthens Hexaware’s Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS, focused on accelerating cloud adoption, application modernization, and AI-led transformation.
The engagement combines Hexaware’s RapidX®, its AI-driven engineering platform, with Kiro, an agentic integrated development environment that enables teams to transition from prototype to production-ready code through structured workflows. Together, they introduce standards, traceability, and governance into AI-assisted development.
The solution is designed to shorten time-to-market, enhance developer productivity, deliver production-grade code at scale, and modernize legacy systems without increasing operational risk. Deployed within customer AWS environments, it supports private large language model access through Amazon Bedrock, ensuring enterprise-grade security, compliance, and data residency alignment.
From requirements and backlog creation to design, coding, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance, the offering provides comprehensive SDLC coverage. Hexaware aims to help enterprises deliver reliable releases while adopting AI responsibly and at scale.
“Our clients want releases they can trust, even as they adopt AI in development,” said Sanjay Salunkhe, President & Global Head – Digital and Software Services, Hexaware. “With RapidX® and Kiro, we aim to bring more structure, standards, and traceability into the SDLC so large programs can move faster without increasing delivery risk.”
