INDO-MIM Limited has announced that its initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on Thursday, July 23, 2026, with the anchor investor bidding scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2026. The issue will close on Monday, July 27, 2026.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹461 to ₹485 per equity share of face value ₹1 each. Investors can bid for a minimum of 30 equity shares and in multiples of 30 shares thereafter.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹5,000 million and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 68.29 million equity shares by the selling shareholders. The OFS includes shares being offered by Green Meadows Investments Ltd, Anuradha Koduri and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
The issue is being made through the book-building process in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations. Up to 50% of the net offer is reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), with up to 60% of the QIB portion available for allocation to anchor investors. At least 15% of the net offer is reserved for Non-Institutional Investors, while not less than 35% is earmarked for Retail Individual Bidders.
All investors, except anchor investors, are required to apply through the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) process, including UPI for eligible retail investors.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). HDFC Bank Limited, Axis Capital Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
