Ardee Industries IPO to Open on August 5; Price Band Fixed at ₹50-53 per Share

Ardee Industries Limited has announced that its Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open for subscription on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, and close on Friday, August 7, 2026. The anchor investor bidding will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

The company has fixed the price band at ₹50 to ₹53 per equity share of face value ₹2 each. Investors can bid for a minimum of 281 equity shares and in multiples of 281 shares thereafter.

The public issue comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹320 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 19,975,000 equity shares by promoter selling shareholders Sandeep Aggarwal and Nikunj Aggarwal, who will each offer up to 9,987,500 equity shares.

The IPO is being offered through the Book Building Process in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations. Up to 50% of the issue will be allocated to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), with up to 60% of the QIB portion available for allocation to Anchor Investors. At least 15% of the issue has been reserved for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), while 35% has been earmarked for Retail Individual Investors.

Except for Anchor Investors, all applicants must apply through the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) process. UPI-based applications will also be accepted for eligible investors.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), with NSE acting as the designated stock exchange.

Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager to the issue, while KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar.
