Horizon Industrial Parks Limited will open its Initial Public Offer (IPO) on Monday, August 17, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹57 to ₹60 per Equity Share of face value ₹10 each. The Anchor Investor bidding will take place on Friday, August 14, 2026, while the issue will close on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.
The IPO comprises an entirely fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹2,600 crore. Investors can bid for a minimum of 250 Equity Shares and in multiples of 250 thereafter.
The company had completed a primary fundraise of ₹1,650 crore through a private placement in December 2025, prior to filing its DRHP, with participation from investors including 360 One, SBI Life and Radhakishan Damani.

The company proposes to use the net proceeds towards repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings availed by the company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, along with general corporate purposes.
The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE, with NSE serving as the Designated Stock Exchange. JM Financial, Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services, SBI Capital Markets and 360 ONE WAM are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue.
