Aviva Life Insurance Company India Limited has launched the Aviva Smart Return of Premium Term Plan, combining life insurance protection with a return of 105% of total premiums paid on survival till maturity, subject to policy terms and conditions.

Customers can choose policy terms of 10 to 30 years and life cover ranging from ₹5 lakh to ₹50 lakh, subject to eligibility. Entry is available between 18 and 60 years, with a maximum maturity age of 75 years. The plan offers optional accidental casualty and critical illness riders, flexible premium payment frequencies, a policy loan facility and an option under the Married Women’s Property Act (MWPA).

Mr. Asit Rath, CEO & MD, Aviva Life Insurance, said, “Customers today are looking for insurance (protection) solutions that provide meaningful financial security while offering greater clarity on the benefits available over the policy term. With our Term Insurance with Return of Premium proposition, we are bringing together life protection and a defined return of applicable premiums.”

Mr. Rajat Srivastava, Chief Distribution Officer, Aviva Life Insurance, said, “Term Insurance with Return of Premium strengthens our protection portfolio and gives our distribution teams another proposition to engage customers across different life stages, while helping families build greater long-term financial security.”

The launch strengthens Aviva’s protection portfolio, supporting customers’ evolving financial needs and encouraging greater preparedness for the future.
