Binance has launched ‘Academania Skill-Up’, a free six-month learning campaign for users across South Asia. The programme will encourage beginners to build foundational knowledge of blockchain and digital assets through Binance Academy’s self-paced courses.

Each month, participants can complete a selected course, earn a certificate and participate in a draw for rewards. Ten participants will be randomly selected each month to receive a 10 USDT spot voucher.

“The gap today isn’t access—it’s understanding,” said SB Seker, Head of APAC at Binance. “For someone starting out, a two-hour course can mean the difference between recognising a scam and losing savings. Academania Skill-Up is designed to reward that first step—building foundational knowledge so people can approach crypto with confidence, not just curiosity.”

The first edition, which went live on September 23, focuses on blockchain basics, DeFi, Web3 and trading concepts. Participants have until October 5 to submit their certificates, with winners to be announced on October 15.

The second edition will feature ‘AI Unlocked: Agents and Skills’.
