SpazeOne, South India’s fastest-growing managed office provider, has announced a major expansion across the region, with new centres planned in Bengaluru, Kochi, Coimbatore, Trivandrum and Calicut. As part of its next growth phase, SpazeOne will launch five new centres in early 2026, strengthening its presence across key commercial and technology hubs while catering to rising demand from startups, SMEs and large enterprises for scalable, managed office solutions.

As part of its Bengaluru-focused strategy, SpazeOne plans to add 2 lakh sq. ft. of managed office space in the city with an investment of INR 2 crore. The upcoming centre in Whitefield, near Seetharamapalaya Metro Station, offers strong metro connectivity and provision for phased expansion within the same building, enabling flexible and scalable solutions for enterprise occupiers. The move underscores Bengaluru’s growing importance in the company’s business roadmap, offering proximity to large enterprise clients, global capability centres (GCCs) and high-growth startups.

“This expansion marks an important phase in SpazeOne’s growth journey. South India especially Bengaluru continues to be a strong engine for enterprise, GCCs and startups and our focus is on creating future-ready workspaces that scale seamlessly with our clients. As we expand across key cities and micro-markets, we remain committed to delivering thoughtfully designed, tech-enabled offices that let businesses focus on growth while we take care of the rest.” said Sijo Jose, Co-Founder, SpazeOne.

Given the depth of demand in Bengaluru, SpazeOne also plans to open 5–6 additional centres in the city over the next two years, covering approximately 2 lakh sq. ft. of managed office space with a total investment of ₹50 crore. These centres will be located in key commercial micro-markets including Whitefield, Koramangala, HSR Layout, MG Road and Indiranagar, catering to technology-led firms and enterprise teams seeking premium plug-and-play workspaces.

In the first quarter of 2026, SpazeOne will launch five new centres across South India, including Alapatt Heritage MG Road, Caspian Tech Park Phase-2 at Infopark Kakkanad and AMV Park Kundanoor in Kochi; Alagendira Plaza on Avinashi Road Coimbatore. Maruthi Onyx Bangalore. With an operational footprint of over 5.5 lakh sq. ft. and nearly 8,000 seats across Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, Coimbatore and Bengaluru, SpazeOne continues to strengthen its position as a leading regional workspace provider.
