Lenexis Foodworks has appointed Arvind R P as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a strategic move to drive the company’s next phase of growth and category leadership.

The company, which operates over 260 stores and owns brands such as Chinese Wok, Big Bowl and The Momo Co., is targeting aggressive expansion to 500 stores by 2028 while strengthening its presence across key food segments.

Arvind brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across QSR, FMCG, beauty, fashion and automotive sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Business Officer (South) at McDonald’s India, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing brand strategy. His expertise spans P&L leadership, digital transformation, category innovation and building high-performance teams.

At Lenexis Foodworks, he will focus on scaling portfolio brands, enhancing operational excellence and building a future-ready, digital-first organisation.

Commenting on the appointment, Aayush Madhusudan Agrawal said, “We are delighted to welcome Arvind at a pivotal stage. His deep experience in building consumer businesses and driving digital-first growth will help us sharpen execution and accelerate our ambition of creating category-leading QSR brands.”

Arvind added, “Lenexis Foodworks represents a new-age Indian food platform with strong brand foundations. I am excited to join at this stage and help scale the business while building a future-ready organisation.”

This leadership transition reinforces the company’s vision to build a scalable, innovation-led QSR platform and strengthen its position in India’s fast-growing food services market.
