Athulya Senior Care has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SingHealth to collaborate on advancing senior care, professional training, and research.
The partnership brings together Athulya’s expertise in assisted living and continuum care with SingHealth’s strong clinical and academic capabilities. It aims to enhance care delivery and build institutional capacity in response to the growing demand for senior care driven by ageing populations.
Under the agreement, both organisations will explore structured training programmes for doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, with a focus on improving clinical competencies and caregiving standards. The collaboration will also enable knowledge exchange through joint research initiatives, co-authored publications, and participation in scientific forums such as conferences and seminars.
Additionally, the MoU will support joint medical education programmes, workshops, and training sessions, while encouraging the exchange of academic and technical information in line with agreed protocols. Regular interactions and review mechanisms will ensure sustained engagement and expansion of collaboration areas.
Srinivasan G, CEO & Founder, Athulya Senior Care, said, “This partnership marks a significant step in strengthening senior care in India. By integrating our care delivery experience with SingHealth’s clinical expertise, we aim to adopt global best practices and build a more responsive care ecosystem.”
Vijaya Rao, Director, International Collaboration Office, SingHealth, added, “We look forward to advancing medical services, education, and research through this collaboration, while contributing to improved care outcomes in senior and community care.”
London Lucien Ooi, Group Director, International Collaboration Office, SingHealth, said, “This partnership reflects our commitment to meaningful global collaborations that foster knowledge exchange, innovation, and capability building in healthcare.”
