BenQ, a leading provider of display and education technology solutions, has launched the RP05 interactive display series in India, designed to support collaborative and engaging learning environments. Available in 65-inch, 75-inch and 86-inch variants, the new display combines powerful performance, classroom-friendly tools and enhanced security features for educational institutions.
Powered by the MediaTek Genio 720 chipset, the RP05 delivers smooth performance with 16GB DDR5X RAM and 256GB of storage. The display supports interactive teaching through features such as lesson planning tools, quiz creation, on-screen search capabilities, gesture-based controls and multilingual support, helping educators manage classroom activities more efficiently.
The integrated EZWrite 6.0 whiteboard platform enables teachers to convert handwritten notes and equations into digital content, while wireless screen sharing allows seamless collaboration between teachers and students. The display also includes content moderation features that help maintain a safe classroom environment during presentations.
“Indian classrooms have waited long enough for an interactive board that improves the multi-tasking abilities of teachers. RP05 does this by preventing any slowdowns as it has the lowest power consumption in this segment. Teachers, then, can focus on the most important activity in a classroom – teaching. Basically, we’re bringing our best tech to Indian classrooms and helping educators, and in turn, students in new ways,” said Rajeev Singh, Managing Director, BenQ India and South Asia.
The RP05 features a 70W audio system, an eight-microphone array and support for up to 50 simultaneous touch points. Connectivity options include USB-C with 100W Power Delivery, HDMI ports and dual-screen output capabilities.
The BenQ RP05 series will be available across India from June 25, 2026 through authorised channel partners, with prices starting at ₹2,00,000 (inclusive of taxes).
