Mahindra Farm Equipment Business (FEB), part of the Mahindra Group and the world’s largest tractor manufacturer by volume, has crossed a significant production milestone with the rollout of its 70 lakhth tractor. The achievement reflects the company’s longstanding commitment to advancing farm mechanisation and supporting agricultural productivity across India and global markets.

Over the decades, Mahindra has built a strong presence through its portfolio of brands, including Mahindra Tractors, Swaraj Tractors and Gromax. Together, these brands offer more than 350 tractor models and variants, supported by a growing range of farm machinery solutions tailored to diverse farming needs.

The milestone comes on the back of strong business momentum. In FY26, Mahindra FEB recorded its highest-ever annual tractor sales, exceeding 5.26 lakh units. The company also strengthened its product portfolio with launches such as the Mahindra 585 YUVO TECH+ V1, Mahindra NOVO Premium Edition and Swaraj Protek. Looking ahead, Mahindra plans to introduce seven new tractor models and 12 additional features across its Mahindra and Swaraj ranges during FY27.

Commenting on the achievement, Rajesh Jejurikar, Executive Director & CEO, Auto & Farm Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said, “As India progresses towards its vision of Viksit Bharat, agriculture will continue to play a critical role in national development. The milestone of 70 lakh tractors is a proud moment for us and reflects our contribution towards empowering farmers and strengthening rural communities.”

Veejay Nakra, President, Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., added, “This milestone represents the trust that farmers have placed in our brands over the years. Our focus remains on delivering reliable, technology-driven solutions that improve productivity and create value for farmers. As agriculture evolves, we will continue to make advanced technologies more accessible and relevant to farming communities.”

Today, Mahindra FEB operates in more than 50 countries and continues to expand its presence through innovative products, smart farm machinery solutions and deep engagement with the global farming community.
