Located in Shahapur, the new studio aims to bring organised and professionally managed home interior solutions closer to homeowners in the region.

The studio was inaugurated in the presence of Shri Abhay Patil, MLA, Belgaum South; Shri Ramesh Tubachi, Vice President, Karnataka Professional Civil Engineers Act Steering Consortium for North Karnataka, Belagavi Division; Shri Yuvraj Hulji, President, CREDAI Belgaum; along with HomeLane representatives and local stakeholders.
Developed in partnership with entrepreneur Mahesh G. Chonnad and Mahesh Chonnad Interior, the 850 sq. ft. experience centre showcases modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interior solutions. Customers can explore design options, visualise spaces in 3D and receive instant pricing through SpaceCraft, HomeLane’s proprietary AI-powered platform.
