Saicon Consultants, Inc., a US-based technology services company, has acquired Nagpur-based Pragmatyc Group Private Limited, strengthening its capabilities in Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), AIoT, intelligent automation and digital engineering.
The acquisition will enable Saicon to offer integrated solutions that connect physical operations, enterprise data and AI-driven insights, helping businesses improve operational efficiency, decision-making and overall performance.
Founded in 1998, Saicon provides technology, engineering and consulting services to enterprises across the United States and global markets. The company has more than 1,600 employees and serves over 80 customers through its operations and delivery centres in the US and India.
Pragmatyc brings expertise in Enterprise AI, AIoT, intelligent automation, computer vision, predictive analytics and data engineering. Its capabilities will complement Saicon’s existing technology services and further strengthen the company’s AI engineering practice and global delivery capabilities.
The acquisition follows Saicon’s recent acquisitions of SilverSearch in the United States and Valethi Technologies in Nagpur. These investments are part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its US presence, expand global delivery capabilities and build expertise in high-growth technology areas.
