DVS Advisory Group has appointed Prakash Subramanian KV as a Director on its Board, strengthening its leadership as the firm continues to expand its global presence and build institution-grade capabilities.
Prakash brings over 35 years of experience across banking, capital markets and asset management. He has held senior leadership roles with leading global financial institutions, with expertise spanning financial markets, investment advisory and business leadership.
He has also played a significant role in the development of GIFT City and has been associated with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) since its inception. He served on the IFSCA Regulatory Committee and later advised its Chairman on regulatory matters and the strategic development of GIFT City’s IFSC.
Earlier, Prakash served as Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank, CEO of Millennium Capital India, and Head for Singapore and South Asia at a leading US securities firm.

The appointment comes soon after DVS Advisory Group formalised an exclusive strategic alliance with Whitman Advisory, supporting its plans to build a globally integrated professional and business services platform. The firm aims to pursue US accounting firms representing over US$250 million in aggregate revenues over the next 30 months, backed by a planned investment commitment of up to US$500 million over five years across India and the US.
