Air India and Drukair, Royal Bhutan Airlines, have entered into a new interline partnership to improve travel connectivity between India, Bhutan and international destinations.
The agreement allows passengers to book Air India and Drukair flights on a single ticket, with coordinated baggage handling and passenger transfers through Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. Passengers will also have access to interline fares and more convenient onward connections.
Air India guests can travel to Paro via Delhi from its international network, with onward Drukair connections to Bumthang, Gelephu and Yonphula.
Reciprocally, Drukair passengers can connect through Delhi, Guwahati and Kolkata to Air India’s domestic network, including Bengaluru, Mumbai and Kochi, as well as international destinations such as Paris, Colombo, Newark, Frankfurt, New York, London, Melbourne, San Francisco, Sydney, Toronto and Vancouver.
