Trivitron Healthcare and Dubai-based ResoHealth have formed Trivitron Digital.AI, a new joint venture aimed at accelerating digital transformation across hospitals and diagnostic networks, particularly in India’s Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities where digital adoption remains limited.

The initiative focuses on creating AI-enabled, interoperable Smart Hospital environments by integrating laboratory, imaging, administrative, and patient information systems through cloud-based tools. The platform includes a next-generation LIS, Web-PACS, Personal Health Record and automation modules designed to simplify workflows, enable remote reporting, and provide unified access to clinical data.

With support for international standards such as HL7, FHIR and DICOM, the solution can be deployed with minimal on-premise infrastructure, enabling hospitals to transition to connected, paperless and AI-ready systems at lower cost.

Leadership from Trivitron and ResoHealth emphasised that the venture is intended to bridge existing digital gaps, empower clinicians, and improve patient experience through real-time insights, automation and secure data flow. The company will begin rollouts across major Indian metros before expanding into Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, regions facing similar challenges around interoperability and healthcare digitisation.

The launch signals a strategic move toward creating a more accessible, standards-driven and patient-centric digital health ecosystem for India and emerging markets.
