MethodHub Software Limited, a Bengaluru-based technology solutions and consulting company, today listed its equity shares on the BSE SME platform, marking a key milestone in its growth journey. The public issue received robust investor interest, with overall subscription reaching 28.10 times, led by strong demand from Non-Institutional Investors and healthy participation from Retail and Qualified Institutional Buyers.

The listing strengthens the company’s plans to scale global delivery and expand its services through its wholly owned US subsidiary, MethodHub Consulting Inc.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Ahobilam Nagasundaram, Promoter and Executive Director, said the listing reflects investor confidence in MethodHub’s business model and growth outlook, and will support expansion, infrastructure enhancement, and investments in digital transformation for global clients.

Headquartered in Bengaluru, MethodHub Software provides digital transformation, IT consulting, product engineering, and staffing services, with operations across four locations in India and subsidiaries in the US and Canada.

The ₹102.49 crore IPO comprised a fresh issue of ₹87.5 crore and an offer for sale of 8 lakh equity shares, priced in the range of ₹190–₹194 per share. The issue was managed by Horizon Management Private Limited, with Maashitla Securities Private Limited as the registrar.
