Bengaluru: Locks & Architectural Solutions, a business of Godrej Enterprises Group, closed 2025 on a strong growth trajectory, targeting revenues of ₹1,400 crore by FY26, up from around ₹1,250 crore in FY25, reflecting 12–14% year-on-year growth. The performance is driven by rising demand for digital and connected security solutions across residential and commercial markets.

Digital locks emerged as the fastest-growing category, registering nearly 30% annual growth, significantly outpacing traditional mechanical locks. The portfolio spans a wide range of mechanical locks alongside advanced digital offerings such as the Neo Digital Locks range and premium connected solutions, catering to growing consumer preference for smart, keyless security.

E-commerce and quick commerce channels are gaining momentum, contributing 3.5–4% of current revenues and expected to reach 11–12% by FY28. With service coverage across more than 13,000 PIN codes, Godrej continues to deepen its presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.

The brand also strengthened its long-running Har Ghar Surakshit initiative with the 2025 “Accidental Invitation” campaign, extending home safety awareness to digital behaviour and online security risks.

Commenting on the year, Shyam Motwani, Business Head – Locks & Architectural Solutions, Godrej Enterprises Group, said the business remains focused on innovation, digital adoption, and expanding access to smart security solutions. Looking ahead, the company aims to double revenues to ₹2,500 crore by 2028, supported by Make-in-India manufacturing and sustained consumer engagement.
