Bengaluru: Nayasa, a leading homeware brand in India, has partnered with Unicommerce to strengthen its e-commerce operations and deliver a faster, more seamless shopping experience nationwide.

The collaboration comes amid rising online demand for kitchen and household essentials, as consumers increasingly turn to digital platforms for everyday purchases. With expectations around quicker deliveries, real-time inventory visibility, and hassle-free returns growing sharper, brands are investing in smarter backend systems.

According to Unicommerce data from this year’s Valentine’s sale period, the Home and Furniture category saw a 46% year-on-year rise in order volumes and a 29% increase in GMV, highlighting sustained momentum beyond seasonal demand.

To capitalise on this shift, Nayasa has deployed Unicommerce’s integrated order and logistics management platform. The solution will automate order processing, synchronise inventory across channels, and optimise courier allocation—reducing fulfilment errors and accelerating delivery timelines. It will also enhance returns management and improve post-purchase communication, strengthening customer trust.

Manasi Sachdev, Director, Nayasa, said, “As digital commerce becomes central to our growth, building operational agility is critical. Our partnership with Unicommerce enables us to leverage real-time data and automation to deliver consistent, reliable experiences at scale.”

Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO, Unicommerce, added that the partnership will support Nayasa in driving efficient, data-led operations while enhancing customer experience across its expanding digital footprint.
