Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) has unveiled ‘LeadHerShip’, a women-focused mentorship and incubation initiative under its fintech platform, InFiniTe. The programme aims to support early-stage women entrepreneurs in financial services and fintech by enhancing access, strengthening capabilities, and enabling scalable growth.

While India has seen a steady rise in women-led start-ups and leadership participation, representation in senior roles within BFSI remains limited. LeadHerShip seeks to bridge this gap through a structured three-month engagement that pairs women founders with senior women leaders across ABCL.

The initiative will facilitate one-on-one mentoring, enabling founders to refine business strategies, address real-world challenges, and build market-ready solutions. It also provides ABCL with insights into emerging trends and innovation-led models shaping the financial services landscape.

Speaking on the launch, Vishakha Mulye, Managing Director & CEO, ABCL, said, “LeadHerShip reflects our commitment to building an inclusive and innovation-led ecosystem. By connecting experienced women leaders with emerging entrepreneurs, we aim to foster meaningful collaboration, accelerate ideas, and shape future-ready leadership in financial services.”

The programme builds on ABCL’s InFiniTe platform, which operates on a ‘problem-to-partner’ approach. Anchored in Innovate, Incubate, and Invest, the platform has engaged over 200 fintechs and executed around 60 proof-of-concepts across digital lending, customer experience, analytics, and risk management. LeadHerShip strengthens the Incubate pillar with a clear focus on women-led innovation.

ABCL is partnering with B-Fair Labs to design and implement the programme, ensuring structured execution and measurable outcomes.

A spokesperson from B-Fair Labs added, “LeadHerShip is designed to create tangible impact by combining mentorship, accountability, and access—helping women entrepreneurs navigate growth with confidence and clarity.”

Through this initiative, ABCL continues to advance its vision of fostering inclusive innovation and enabling women entrepreneurs to scale sustainably within the financial ecosystem.
