IKS Health has signed a definitive agreement to acquire TruBridge, Inc., reinforcing its commitment to improving access to quality care in rural and community-based healthcare settings across the United States.
The acquisition brings together IKS Health’s care enablement expertise with TruBridge’s strong capabilities in revenue cycle management and electronic health record (EHR) solutions tailored for rural hospitals. With nearly one in five Americans facing barriers to healthcare access, the combined entity aims to strengthen local health systems and enable patients to receive timely care closer to home.
Post-acquisition, the integrated platform will leverage agentic AI alongside human expertise to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and address complex healthcare challenges. By combining clinical and financial data at scale, the platform is expected to deliver smarter insights, improve decision-making, and build long-term financial resilience for healthcare providers.
Sachin K. Gupta, Founder and Global CEO of IKS Health, said, “By integrating TruBridge’s core systems with our AI-driven capabilities, we are evolving from a system of record to a system of action. This partnership strengthens our mission to support community healthcare providers with advanced tools, enabling them to deliver high-quality care while addressing operational complexities.”
The combined organization will support over 2,000 healthcare institutions and 150,000 clinicians with a comprehensive portfolio spanning revenue cycle management, predictive analytics, and advanced EHR solutions. The goal is to improve clinical outcomes while enhancing operational and financial performance.
The transaction, valued at $26.25 per share in cash for TruBridge shareholders, is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
