AirBrick Infra has announced a major expansion initiative aimed at strengthening its footprint across India while advancing its long-term ambition of becoming a leading commercial interiors and workspace solutions company across Asia and the Middle East.

As part of its growth strategy, the AI-powered commercial design and build company has expanded operations across key Indian business hubs including Noida, Bengaluru, Surat, Mumbai and Delhi. With projects and execution capabilities now spanning over 65 cities, AirBrick is scaling its distributed network to support enterprise-grade commercial interiors and workspace projects with improved speed, flexibility and localized execution expertise.

The company is targeting a revenue milestone of ₹150 crore for FY 2026-27 while maintaining a 100% year-on-year growth trajectory. AirBrick is also strengthening its presence across co-working spaces, managed offices, healthcare, retail, institutional infrastructure and enterprise workspace segments.

Commenting on the expansion, Sanjeev Bhandari said, “This expansion reflects our confidence in India’s growing commercial infrastructure ecosystem. We are building AirBrick to support businesses scaling rapidly across cities and countries with technology-led systems, operational agility and consistent execution capabilities.”

The expansion comes amid a sharp rise in Global Capability Centre (GCC) investments across cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Pune and Chennai, driving demand for premium and technology-enabled workspaces.

Positioning itself at the centre of this transformation, AirBrick is leveraging AI-enabled space planning, intelligent visualization systems, real-time project tracking and technology-driven execution frameworks to deliver scalable commercial environments efficiently.

Through its integrated offerings spanning design consultancy, 3D visualization, MEP consultancy, procurement and turnkey execution, AirBrick continues to strengthen its position as a preferred partner for agile and scalable workspace solutions.
