  • With rising fuel costs, Ultraviolette is enabling this transition through its recently launched ‘Kill the Petrol Bill’ programme
  • Any customer upgrading to the Ultraviolette F77 or X-47 will have a cashback equivalent to the km covered by the customer in the last 2 years, on their previous two-wheeler
  • 20,000 km riding in the last 2 years = ₹20,000 cashback
  • In addition, the F77 & X-47 will further enable a rider to save ₹3000 – ₹5000 per month on fuel expense alone.

As petrol prices continue to exert pressure across India, Ultraviolette today announced a new initiative aimed at making the transition to electric mobility more accessible and rewarding for prospective two-wheeler buyers nationwide. As buyers increasingly evaluate the cost of vehicle ownership, Ultraviolette is reinforcing the economic and performance advantages of transitioning to electric mobility, while making the switch more rewarding than ever before.

Under this proposition, riders can unlock benefits of up to ₹30,000 towards the purchase of an Ultraviolette motorcycle, based on their riding history and vehicle usage. By translating kilometres already ridden on petrol into ownership benefits, Ultraviolette is highlighting one of the most compelling advantages of electric mobility, the freedom from recurring fuel expenses without compromising on performance, technology, reliability, or riding experience.

Commenting on the announcement, Narayan Subramaniam, CEO & Co-founder, Ultraviolette, said “The rising cost of petrol has been a topic of widespread discussion for some time now, but there has been relatively little action that directly helps consumers transition away from fuel dependency. At Ultraviolette, we believe the shift to electric mobility needs to be supported by tangible measures that make EV ownership more accessible and compelling, which is also in line with our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of fast-tracking EV transition. Through this programme, we are enabling prospective two-wheeler owners across India to make that switch with greater confidence, while benefiting from significantly lower running costs, advanced technology, and a superior ownership experience. As electric mobility continues to mature, our focus remains on accelerating adoption by making the transition easier and more rewarding for riders nationwide.”

Ultraviolette has continued to strengthen its position as one of India’s leading EV brands through sustained product innovation, expansion of its retail footprint, growing customer adoption, and continued progress in international markets. As the category matures, the company remains focused on building products that combine advanced technology, exhilarating performance, and superior ownership value.
