Primus Partners, India’s leading homegrown management consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Mohan Doifode as Managing Director, Primus Strategic Management Consulting LLC, strengthening the firm’s leadership team and reinforcing its commitment to expanding its presence across the Middle East region.

Based in Dubai and Riyadh, Mohan will lead Primus Partners’ growth strategy in the GCC market, deepen client engagement across sectors, and drive the firm’s consulting offerings in strategy, transformation, public policy, and management advisory services.

Mohan brings over 25 years of experience spanning strategy, management consulting, business transformation, and leadership roles across India and the Middle East. Prior to joining Primus Partners, he served as Director (Consulting) at Deloitte India and later founded Meraki Global, advising clients across the GCC region. He also served as a Colonel in the Indian Army, bringing a unique blend of leadership, operational excellence, and strategic insight to his consulting career.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (M.Tech. in Microelectronics) and Harvard Business School, Mohan has worked extensively with public and private sector organizations, helping them navigate growth, innovation, and organizational transformation.

Welcoming Mohan to the organization, Nilaya Varma, Co-founder and Group CEO, Primus Partners, said: “The GCC region is emerging as a global hub for innovation, investment, and economic transformation. As Primus Partners continues to strengthen its presence in international markets, Mohan’s experience in building and scaling consulting engagements across the Middle East will be instrumental in deepening our regional relationships and delivering greater value to clients. We are excited to have him join us at this important stage of our growth journey.”

Director on the Board of Primus Partners UAE and a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Primus Partners India added:“The Middle East continues to emerge as one of the world’s most dynamic growth markets, creating significant opportunities for businesses and governments alike. Mohan’s extensive experience, regional understanding, and client-centric approach make him exceptionally well-positioned to lead our efforts in the region. His appointment reflects our long-term commitment to the Middle East and our ambition to build a stronger, more impactful presence across key markets.”

With this appointment, Primus Partners aims to further strengthen its Middle East practice and support clients in navigating complex business challenges, driving innovation, and achieving sustainable growth across the region.
