Former Tata Communications Leader Abhijit Saha Joins Ishan Technologies as VP – Customer Success

Ishan Technologies, a leading provider of ICT and digital infrastructure solutions, has appointed Abhijit Saha as Vice President – Customer Success. The appointment reflects the company’s focus on strengthening customer relationships, enhancing service delivery, and building a scalable growth platform as it expands its presence across India.

Saha brings nearly two decades of experience in the telecom and ICT sectors. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles at Tata Communications, Tata Tele Business Services, Reliance Communications and MTS India. Prior to joining Ishan Technologies, he led the Customer Success function for Enterprise Business at Tata Communications, overseeing customer retention, lifecycle management and enterprise growth initiatives.

In his new role, Saha will be responsible for strengthening Ishan Technologies’ Customer Success organisation by improving operational visibility, governance frameworks and customer lifecycle management. He will also focus on building scalable processes that support long-term customer value creation and business growth.

Commenting on the appointment, Mrs. Purvi Kotecha, Director, Ishan Technologies, said, “Over the past 25 years, Ishan Technologies has built trusted digital infrastructure for enterprises across India. The appointment further strengthens Ishan Technologies’ leadership team as the company continues to invest in digital infrastructure, technology platforms and customer-centric capabilities to support its long-term growth ambitions.
