Godrej Agrovet Limited has appointed Gaurav Pande as the Chief Executive Officer of Creamline Dairy Products Limited, marking a significant step in the company’s strategy to strengthen its leadership in South India’s dairy market. In his new role, Pande will focus on accelerating business growth, driving innovation, enhancing consumer engagement and expanding the reach of the Godrej Jersey brand across key markets.

The company offers a wide range of dairy products while maintaining close partnerships with dairy farmers and delivering quality products to consumers.

Pande brings more than 22 years of leadership experience across the foods, quick service restaurant (QSR) and consumer durables sectors. Most recently, he led the India launch and expansion of a leading international QSR brand, building the business from the ground up while establishing a strong foundation for operational excellence and profitability.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across several consumer businesses, where he successfully drove premiumisation, product innovation, market expansion and profitable growth. His extensive experience in scaling consumer brands is expected to support Creamline Dairy Products as it enters its next phase of growth.
