JSW Infrastructure Ltd., part of the JSW Group and India’s second-largest private commercial port operator, reported revenue from operations of ₹1,445 crore for Q1 FY2027, up 18% year-on-year, driven by steady cargo growth and continued momentum in its logistics business.

During the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company handled 31 million tonnes of cargo, a 6% increase over the corresponding period last year. Operating EBITDA rose 16% to ₹674 crore, while Profit Before Tax stood at ₹463 crore and Profit After Tax at ₹358 crore. The company maintained a strong balance sheet with net cash of ₹2,769 crore, gross debt of ₹7,094 crore, and cash and bank balances of ₹9,863 crore.

Growth was led by higher volumes at Jaigarh Port, Dharamtar Port, South West Port and Ennore Bulk Terminal, along with contributions from interim operations at the Tuticorin Terminal. Logistics operations also recorded robust growth, with revenue increasing to ₹237 crore from ₹138 crore a year ago, while operating EBITDA rose to ₹73 crore from ₹20 crore.

During the quarter, JSW Infrastructure expanded capacity at South West Port, Goa from 11 MTPA to 12 MTPA and at Mangalore Container Terminal from 4.2 MTPA to 6.0 MTPA.
