Tira, Reliance Retail’s omnichannel beauty destination, has expanded its portfolio of international beauty brands with the exclusive launch of South Korean dermo-cosmetic brand Dr. Melaxin in India. The brand will be available exclusively on Tira’s online platform and select offline stores.

Known for its science-led approach to skincare, Dr. Melaxin combines clinically evaluated formulations with its “slow aging” philosophy to address concerns such as pigmentation, enlarged pores, under-eye ageing and loss of firmness. Its products are formulated to strengthen skin resilience over time while remaining suitable for sensitive skin.

Following successful expansion across the US, Japan and Southeast Asia, Dr. Melaxin has emerged as the top K-beauty brand on TikTok Shop in both the US and the UK. The brand adheres to an 8-FREE clean formulation standard, with all products being cruelty-free and dermatologist-tested. Independent clinical studies have demonstrated visible improvements in hydration, radiance and skin firmness within four weeks.

Leading the India launch is the brand’s globally popular Peel Shot range, featuring a gentle exfoliating ampoule formulated with rice-based AHA and BHA, Pentavitin and rice water to exfoliate, refine pores and improve overall skin texture and radiance.

Commenting on the launch, Yu Kyoung Hwa, Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Melaxin, said, “Indian consumers are curious, informed and genuinely interested in effective skincare solutions. Their key concerns—from pigmentation to texture and firmness—are exactly what we have set out to address. Through our launch with Tira, we are excited to bring our most innovative products, including the Peel Shot line, to the people it was created for.”

The launch reflects Tira’s strategy of bringing globally recognised, science-backed beauty brands to Indian consumers while catering to the growing demand for premium skincare solutions. With Dr. Melaxin joining its portfolio, Tira continues to strengthen its position as a destination for authentic international beauty innovations and high-performance skincare.
