Gaja Alternative Asset Management Limited will open its Initial Public Offer (IPO) on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹152 to ₹160 per Equity Share of face value ₹5 each. The Anchor Investor bidding will take place on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, while the issue will close on Friday, August 21, 2026.
The total Offer Size aggregates up to ₹550 crore and comprises a fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹450 crore and an Offer for Sale aggregating up to ₹100 crore.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 93 Equity Shares and in multiples of 5 Equity Shares thereafter.
The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards meeting its Sponsor Commitment to constituent funds of Fund IV, repayment of the Bridge Loan Amount, investment towards its Sponsor Commitment to the proposed Fund V and the Secondaries Fund, along with general corporate purposes.
The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE, with NSE serving as the Designated Stock Exchange.
JM Financial Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue.
The Offer is being made through the Book Building Process in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations. Not more than 50% of the Offer shall be available for allocation to Qualified Institutional Buyers, not less than 15% to Non-Institutional Bidders and not less than 35% to Retail Individual Bidders, subject to valid bids being received at or above the Offer Price.
All bidders, except Anchor Investors, are required to participate through the ASBA process, including the UPI mechanism where applicable.
