SKF India (Industrial) Limited (NSE: SKFINDUS | BSE: 544572), India’s leading technology and solutions provider of bearings and units, condition monitoring, and services, today announced the appointment of Sujeeth Pai as its Managing Director, effective September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment was approved by the Nomination Committee and the Board of Directors on August 11, 2026. In his new role, Sujeeth will lead SKF India (Industrial)’s operations and drive the company’s profitable growth agenda. Sujeeth succeeds Mukund Vasudevan, who will assume the role of President for the Industrial Region covering India, Southeast Asia & Middle East within the SKF Group. This governance structure creates a clear distinction between regional strategic oversight and India-focused operational leadership. Sujeeth brings over four years of leadership experience within SKF, having held key sales and operations roles across the organization. Prior to joining SKF, he led the Sales and Service business for Danfoss Drives India and held senior positions at Tektronix and Fluke, managing diverse markets across India, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from P.E.S.I.T., Bangalore, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
