Uniware to power inventory and fulfilment operations for Urban Company’s Middle East business

Urban Company’s Middle East arm has partnered with Unicommerce, an AI-powered e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, to manage its e-commerce operations across Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

As Urban Company expands across the region, it will use Unicommerce’s flagship platform, Uniware, to manage inventory and fulfilment for its at-home service ecosystem. The platform will provide real-time inventory visibility and help route orders for service kits and consumables to service professionals across the region.

The partnership builds on the companies’ existing relationship in India, where Urban Company uses Unicommerce’s technology for its e-commerce operations. Extending the collaboration to the Middle East will support a connected operational backbone as Urban Company scales across the region.

Uniware will help manage the supply chain of products, tools and consumables required for services spanning beauty and wellness, home cleaning and appliance maintenance. It will support stock accuracy, faster replenishment and fulfilment coordination across locations.

Unicommerce has also expanded its presence in the Middle East through integrations with regional marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems and payment platforms, alongside capabilities including Arabic-compatible invoices and shipping labels and region-specific tax compliance.

Kapil Makhija, Managing Director & CEO, Unicommerce, said, “As brands expand into new markets, they need technology that scales seamlessly while simplifying operational complexity. We are pleased to extend our partnership with Urban Company to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, supporting their international growth journey. Our focus is to help businesses automate complex backend operations so they can concentrate on delivering great customer experiences.”

Nitesh Agarwal, SVP – Middle East at Urban Company, said, “The Middle East is an important growth market for us, and operational excellence is key to delivering a reliable experience for our customers. Having seen the value of Unicommerce’s platform in India, we are pleased to extend our partnership to serve customers across Middle East’s fastest growing markets. Uniware will help us simplify our operations and build a scalable fulfilment backbone for our growing business.”
