Sembcorp Green Infra Limited, an independent renewable power producer, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for a proposed ₹3,750 crore IPO.
The IPO will comprise entirely of a fresh issue of equity shares, with no Offer for Sale component. The company proposes to use the net proceeds to repay or prepay, fully or partially, certain outstanding borrowings of the company and its Objects’ Subsidiaries.
As of March 31, 2026, Sembcorp Green Infra had a renewable portfolio of approximately 7.64 GW/GWh, including 3.60 GW of operational capacity and 4.04 GW/GWh under construction across 105 projects in 13 states and union territories.
For FY2026, revenue from operations rose to ₹2,652.50 crore from ₹2,318.29 crore, while EBITDA increased to ₹2,098.73 crore from ₹1,837.12 crore. PAT stood at ₹371.08 crore, compared with ₹298.83 crore in FY2025.
