Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (Arcil) has announced that its Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, and close on Friday, September 11, 2026. The Anchor Investor Bidding Date will be Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
The price band has been fixed at ₹132 to ₹139 per Equity Share, with a face value of ₹10 each. Investors can bid for a minimum of 107 Equity Shares and in multiples of 107 shares thereafter.
The Offer comprises an Offer for Sale of up to 5,27,31,946 Equity Shares by existing shareholders. These include Avenue India Resurgence Pte. Ltd., State Bank of India, Lathe Investment Pte. Ltd. and The Federal Bank Limited.
Not more than 50% of the Offer will be available for allocation to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), while not less than 15% will be available to Non-Institutional Investors and not less than 35% to Retail Individual Investors, subject to applicable regulations.
Eligible investors, except Anchor Investors, will be required to participate through the ASBA process, with UPI available for applicable UPI Bidders.
The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), with NSE acting as the Designated Stock Exchange.
IIFL Capital Services Limited, IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited and JM Financial Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers to the Offer.
