New Fund Offers open from September 15 to September 29, 2026

Invesco Mutual Fund today announced the launch of Invesco India Nifty India Defence Index Fund and Invesco India Nifty Chemical Index Fund, two open-ended schemes tracking their respective indices.

The Defence Index Fund will invest passively in equity and equity-related securities forming part of the Nifty India Defence Index, covering aerospace and defence manufacturers, defence electronics companies, shipbuilders, explosives manufacturers and related businesses.

The Chemical Index Fund will track the Nifty Chemical Index, providing exposure to companies across specialty and commodity chemicals, agrochemicals, fertilisers, industrial gases, explosives and related segments.

Both schemes aim to replicate their respective benchmark indices by investing in constituent companies in the same weights, subject to tracking error. The funds are designed to provide investors with access to sectors supported by domestic demand, manufacturing growth, policy initiatives and supply-chain diversification.

India’s defence sector is benefiting from increased spending, indigenisation initiatives and export opportunities, while the chemical sector is gaining from domestic consumption and value-added manufacturing.

Both schemes will be managed by Abhisek Bahinipati.

The minimum investment during the NFO is ₹100, with additional investments in multiples of ₹1. SIP options include daily investments starting at ₹20 through digital platforms, weekly and monthly investments from ₹100, and quarterly investments from ₹300. No exit load will be charged.

The NFOs opened on September 15 and will close on September 29, 2026.
