JSW One Platforms Files DRHP for ₹3,054 Crore IPO

JSW One Platforms Limited, a technology-enabled B2B platform serving the manufacturing and construction sectors, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for a proposed ₹3,054.01 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The Offer comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,300 crore and an Offer for Sale of up to ₹1,754.01 crore by JSW Steel Limited, JSW Cement Limited and Mitsui & Co., Ltd.

The company plans to use proceeds from the fresh issue for investments in JSW One Distribution Limited towards marketing and brand building, technology and platform development, and investment in JSW One Finance Limited to strengthen its capital base, besides general corporate purposes. Up to ₹350 crore is proposed for technology and platform development, ₹125 crore for JODL and ₹500 crore for JOFL.

As of June 30, 2026, the platform had 95,611 registered customers, 1,713 sellers and 165 cumulative brands across 6,963 serviceable pin codes.

Revenue from operations rose 44.93% to ₹5,743.39 crore in FY2026 from ₹3,962.81 crore in FY2025, while GMV increased to ₹18,596.91 crore from ₹12,564.84 crore.

JM Financial, Kotak Mahindra Capital, ICICI Securities, SBI Capital Markets and PL Capital Markets are the Book Running Lead Managers.
