Flipkart has expanded its supply chain network ahead of The Big Billion Days and the festive season, adding 14 million cubic feet of warehousing capacity across the country. The expansion increases storage capacity by 50%, while technology and automation have raised peak processing capacity by more than 30%.
Ekart has also added over 900 delivery hubs to strengthen last-mile connectivity and support same-day and next-day deliveries. Its network now includes more than 8,200 facilities, while Flipkart Minutes operates nearly 1,200 micro-fulfilment centres across 150-plus cities.
The company has added 750-plus new PIN codes to its delivery network, including Leh, Kargil and underserved communities across the Northeast. More than 2.5 crore MSME and seller products have been pre-positioned at Ekart fulfilment centres, with 70 additional pick-up stations added in key seller hubs.

Across Ekart and Flipkart Minutes, we now operate over 8,200 facilities, allowing us to take the festive experience to more customers while helping sellers reach buyers they could not reach before.”
Flipkart has also announced over 2.5 lakh direct and indirect festive-season employment opportunities.
