Nethradhama Super Speciality Eye Hospital has become the first hospital in Karnataka to introduce Envision by InMode, an advanced non-surgical technology designed to address dry eye and periorbital concerns.

The technology combines Forma-I and Lumecca-I to target key factors associated with dry eye, including meibomian gland dysfunction and eyelid inflammation. Forma-I helps unblock the glands, while Lumecca-I uses Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology to address associated inflammation.

With increasing screen time, pollution and changing lifestyles contributing to dry eye concerns, the treatment aims to go beyond temporary symptomatic relief. Sessions take approximately 10–12 minutes and require no recovery downtime.

Prof. Dr. Sri Ganesh, renowned ophthalmologist and leader at Nethradhama, said the technology further strengthens the hospital’s focus on advanced eye care.

Mr. Mohit Dawar, Head of Ophthalmology Business, InMode India Pvt Ltd, said the launch marks an important milestone in expanding access to advanced dry eye and ocular aesthetic treatments in the region.
