Mysuru is emerging as an important technology destination, backed by an established talent base, growing corporate presence and Karnataka’s focus on expanding technology growth beyond Bengaluru. Supporting this momentum, Gopalan Enterprises is developing Gopalan E-Park, a 28-acre, multi-tenanted technology park in Koorgalli.
With more than 4 million sq. ft. of planned built-up area across five office blocks, the USGBC LEED Gold Certified campus is being developed to support technology companies and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) looking for scalable Grade-A workspace.
Companies including Infosys, Wipro, LTIMindtree, ArisGlobal and BioClinica already have a presence in Mysuru, strengthening its technology and IT/ITES ecosystem.
Chandrasekhar GV, VP – Commercial Business, Gopalan Enterprises, said, “Mysuru is not starting from zero. The technology ecosystem, corporate presence and talent are already here. What the city needs now is infrastructure that can match its ambition and allow businesses to grow at scale. Gopalan E-Park is being developed to help bridge that gap.”
The park will feature large office floor plates along with a dedicated cafeteria and amenities block. Mysuru’s connectivity with Bengaluru and neighbouring states also provides access to a wider regional talent pool, making it relevant for companies exploring multi-city operating models.
Gopalan Enterprises believes Mysuru can complement Bengaluru by providing additional capacity and creating opportunities for companies to diversify their operating footprint.
“The future of Karnataka’s technology economy does not have to be Bengaluru versus Mysuru. It can be Bengaluru and Mysuru – two connected ecosystems with different strengths. Mysuru already has the foundation. The opportunity now is to build the infrastructure that allows that foundation to scale,” added Prabhakar Cheriyadth, Director, Gopalan Enterprises.
