13th edition brings wider selection, AI-powered shopping and expanded supply chain across India

Flipkart, India’s homegrown e-commerce marketplace, today announced the 13th edition of The Big Billion Days (TBBD), beginning October 9. Early Access will be available from October 8 for Plus, BLACK and Flipkart credit card members.

TBBD 2026 will bring together 150 million products across categories, along with record seller participation, AI-powered shopping experiences and Flipkart’s largest supply chain network to date. The network spans more than 8,200 fulfilment and delivery facilities across the country.

Kalyan Krishnamurthy, CEO, Flipkart Group, said, “Thirteen years ago, digital commerce in India was a novelty. Today, it is infrastructure. The Big Billion Days is perhaps the clearest annual proof of that shift: 500 million registered customers, 1.4 million sellers, a supply chain that this year reaches communities in Leh and Kargil for the first time, and nearly 75,000 people entering the formal workforce through Flipkart this festive season alone.”

The platform will see over 60% more transacting sellers than last year, while more than 2.5 crore MSME, small seller, artisan and weaver products have been pre-positioned for faster festive fulfilment.

Flipkart Minutes will offer more than 77,000 products across 1,400-plus categories in over 150 cities.

Ahead of TBBD, Ekart has added 14 million square feet of warehousing capacity, while Flipkart has expanded its network with over 900 delivery hubs and 750-plus new PIN codes.

AI will power personalised discovery, conversational shopping, seller content creation and delivery intelligence throughout the festive period.
