Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. has announced the acquisition of a 13.46-acre land parcel in Pune’s sought-after Nande–Mahalunge locality. The site is expected to support a development potential of around INR 3,500 crore.

Commenting on the acquisition, Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer – Residential, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., said, “Mahalunge, Nande, and Maan have emerged as among Pune’s most attractive residential markets, witnessing sustained demand over the past few years. Homebuyers are increasingly seeking premium, well-designed residences with contemporary amenities in this region. This newly acquired land parcel is strategically positioned within the planned Mahalunge micro-market, with seamless connectivity via the proposed PMRDA Town Planning Scheme and the upcoming Inner Ring Road, close to Hinjewadi. This acquisition strengthens our commitment to the Pune market and supports our strategy of deepening our presence in the city’s key growth corridors.”

Ideally located near Hinjewadi, the site enjoys robust social infrastructure with proximity to reputed educational institutions such as Delhi Public School, Mahindra International School, and Symbiosis Centre for Management. Its central location offers convenient access to both Baner–Balewadi and Hinjewadi—two of Pune’s leading IT and BFSI hubs.
