TVS Emerald, part of TVS VENU, has recorded bookings worth more than ₹650 crore on the launch day of TVS Emerald Altura, its latest residential development in Sathanur, North Bengaluru.

Spread across 10.06 acres, Altura comprises 12 towers, over 35 amenities and two clubhouses, offering homebuyers a premium residential experience in one of Bengaluru’s rapidly developing corridors.

North Bengaluru has emerged as a preferred residential destination, supported by infrastructure development, proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, the Aerospace and Defence Park, expanding employment hubs and improving connectivity. Sathanur has also gained momentum as a key residential and commercial micro-market.

The strong response to Altura follows the success of TVS Emerald Auralis, the company’s earlier project in the same locality, which sold out within a few months of its launch. The performance of both projects highlights the sustained demand for quality housing in Sathanur.

Sriram Iyer, Director and CEO, TVS Emerald, said, “The strong response to Altura reflects the confidence customers continue to place in TVS Emerald. Following the positive response to TVS Emerald Auralis, this launch further strengthens our position in the market and demonstrates the growing demand for quality homes. We believe this confidence is built on our quality-first approach, the legacy of brand TVS, and our focus on design supremacy. The response to both launches gives us further confidence in the market and our strategy of building strong, sustainable growth through customer-led developments.”
