Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) reported its highest-ever first-quarter booking value of ₹8,651 crore in Q1 FY27, registering a 22 per cent year-on-year growth, driven by strong demand across key markets.
The company sold 3,738 homes spanning 6.2 million sq. ft. during the quarter, marking the sixth consecutive quarter in which bookings exceeded ₹7,000 crore. Bengaluru led the bookings contribution with 44 per cent, followed by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (21 per cent), NCR (18 per cent), Pune (11 per cent) and Hyderabad (5 per cent).
Major contributors included Godrej Vanantara in Bengaluru, which generated bookings worth ₹3,237 crore, followed by Godrej Samaris in Gurugram at ₹1,248 crore and Godrej Brooklyn Avenue in Hyderabad at ₹317 crore.
Collections during the quarter rose 18 per cent year-on-year to ₹4,348 crore, while operating cash flow stood at ₹399 crore. The company added three new projects with an estimated booking potential of ₹9,500 crore, achieving nearly half of its annual business development target in the first quarter itself.
Commenting on the performance, Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairperson, Godrej Properties Limited, said, “Godrej Properties delivered another solid quarter for bookings, collections, business development and earnings. We expect the sales momentum to continue for the rest of the year led by strong end-user demand across key markets.”
He added, “We remain on track to deliver bookings of over ₹39,000 crore and collections of ₹24,000 crore for the year, which will allow us to continue investing in sustainable growth.”
On the financial front, net profit declined 42 per cent year-on-year to ₹350 crore, while EBITDA fell 40 per cent to ₹545 crore.
