Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has entered into a joint development agreement for a ~1.1 million sq. ft. residential project in Bhugaon, Pune, with an estimated Gross Developable Value (GDV) of approximately Rs. 850 crore.

Bhugaon is fast emerging as a preferred residential micro-market, offering a balance of natural surroundings and strong urban connectivity. The project site benefits from proximity to established localities such as Bavdhan and Kothrud, along with easy access to the Mumbai–Pune Expressway, Shivaji Nagar railway station, major employment hubs, and robust social infrastructure including schools, hospitals, and retail destinations.

Commenting on the development, Rajesh Patil, Managing Director, said the transaction aligns with the company’s strategy of expanding through capital-efficient partnerships in high-growth micro-markets. He added that the project will focus on delivering well-planned, amenity-rich homes that cater to evolving homebuyer aspirations while supporting Pune’s urban growth.

Incorporated in 1991, Kolte-Patil has a strong presence in Pune and operations in Mumbai and Bengaluru, with over 68 projects delivered across residential, commercial, and township formats. The company is known for its focus on quality, governance, and timely execution, and continues to strengthen its portfolio through strategic collaborations and disciplined capital management.
