Fortune Primero has recorded strong early demand for its residential project ‘Seven Sarjapur’, achieving ₹215 crore in pre-launch sales with 172 homes booked within 48 hours. The development, located in Bengaluru’s eastern corridor, recently received RERA approval and witnessed significant buyer interest during its initial access phase.
The project generated more than 400 enquiries and over 300 walk-ins, highlighting the continued strength of Bengaluru’s residential real estate market. Demand remains particularly strong in emerging micro-markets such as Sarjapur, which benefit from proximity to major IT hubs, growing social infrastructure and improving connectivity.
Bengaluru continues to rank among India’s most resilient housing markets, driven by steady employment growth in the technology and services sectors and sustained end-user demand. Industry estimates suggest the city consistently features among the top three residential markets in the country by annual home sales, with mid-to-premium housing segments witnessing strong absorption.
Spread across 15 acres, Seven Sarjapur has been designed with nearly 85 percent open space, integrating landscaped areas with high-rise residential towers. The project will feature more than 750 premium homes across four towers, along with a four-acre commercial and retail zone planned to support a self-sustained community ecosystem.
Commenting on the response, Raahil Reddy, Director – Residential Projects at Fortune Primero, said the strong pre-launch sales reflect changing buyer expectations in the city.
“Achieving ₹215 crore in sales within the first 48 hours reflects the trust homebuyers place in thoughtfully planned developments. Today’s buyers are increasingly prioritising long-term liveability, open spaces and integrated community environments rather than purely transactional purchases,” he said.
Strategically located in Sarjapur, the development offers connectivity to key technology corridors, educational institutions and healthcare facilities, positioning it as a significant addition to Bengaluru’s evolving residential landscape.
