Bandhan Group has unveiled Bandhan Technologies, the new identity of Genisys Group, marking the beginning of a renewed growth journey focused on Artificial Intelligence, Applied Decision Intelligence and enterprise transformation.

The new brand was officially launched on 4 June 2026 in the presence of Chandrashekhar Ghosh, Founder, Bandhan Group; Arvind Agrawal, Managing Director, Bandhan Group; Satish Subramaniam, CEO, Bandhan Technologies; and senior leadership teams from both organisations.

Built on Genisys Group’s three-decade legacy in technology services and strengthened by Bandhan Group’s institutional backing, Bandhan Technologies aims to help enterprises harness AI to improve decision-making, optimise operations and deliver measurable business outcomes.

“Bringing Genisys Group into the Bandhan ecosystem is a strategic step in building a future-ready technology services business,” said Chandrashekhar Ghosh, Founder, Bandhan Group. “As enterprises seek partners who combine technology capability with operational depth, Bandhan Technologies is well positioned to meet that need.”

Serving clients across BFSI, healthcare, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing and media, the company delivers AI-enabled solutions that help organisations make smarter decisions in real time while enhancing customer experience, operational resilience and business performance.

“Bandhan Technologies marks an important step in our technology journey,” said Arvind Agrawal, Managing Director, Bandhan Group. “With its strong delivery foundation, AI-led focus and domain expertise, the company is well positioned to create sustained value for clients globally.”

At the core of its strategy is Applied Decision Intelligence—embedding AI into business-critical systems and workflows to enable faster, more informed and outcome-driven decisions.

“We have always been an outcome-focused, customer-centric organisation. With Bandhan Group’s backing, we are taking that foundation to the next level,” said Satish Subramaniam, CEO, Bandhan Technologies. “Our focus is on Applied Decision Intelligence—using AI to improve real decisions in live business environments, responsibly and at scale. We are building a company that helps enterprises translate AI into measurable outcomes while strengthening customer experience, trust and operational resilience.”

With operations spanning India, the US, UK and the Middle East, Bandhan Technologies is positioned to help enterprises transform AI investments into tangible business impact while ensuring continuity, compliance and long-term growth.
